Day of Fair Logistics

Overview

 

8:00am – 10:00am: Company Check-In & Set Up 

(please arrive before 10:00am as students enter the fair exactly at this time)

 

8:00am – 10:00am: Recruiter Breakfast

10:00am – 3:00pm: Career Fair

 

11:30am – 1:00pm: Recruiter Lunch

Amenities

 

Along with complementary breakfast and lunch, the Recruiter Hospitality Room provides refreshments, a private quiet area to relax, take phone calls, and answer emails. Snacks and coffee will be available throughout the day in this room. Wifi information will be provided in a folder at your booth.

There will be a shuttle service running from 7:30am - 12:00pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm. In the mornings, it will pick you up from the Fan Field Parking Lot and drop you off at the Reed Arena South Entrance near recruiter check in. In the afternoon, it will drop you off back to the Fan Field Parking Lot. 

The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will be providing a discounted rate to recruiters coming to the fair, click here to learn more.

Booth Logistics 

The booth is 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide. Booths are furnished with a company sign, a skirted table, and 2 chairs. The table dimensions are 6' x 30''.

There is electricity for booths, but only if you request it on the registration form. Each booth will also have gum and two water bottles.

Companies will be told their booth location the day of the fair when they arrive at recruiter check-in.

Our team constantly strives to improve your next career fair experience! After the fair, we will be sending out a survey for recruiters to respond to. Any feedback you have may be submitted using this survey!
