What you need to know . . .
Student Entrance:

Northwest tower of Kyle Field, off Wellborn Rd.

Bring your student ID, UIN, or Aggie Ring to get in.
Provided at the Fair:

Padfolios ($30 to purchase or $5 to rent; cash or card with Student ID)

A place to check in your backpacks and other bags
-
Please don’t bring open containers with lids (Yetis, etc.) in your backpack as they spill during bag check

Hire Aggies:

HireAggies will allow you to view the company list and filter through the companies attending the fair, have access to the booth layout, and upload your resume to be sent out to recruiters after the fair.
Uploading your Resume:

Visit the HireAggies Career Center website and login with your TAMU ID and password.

Click "Add a Resume" or navigate to your Profile Icon in the top right and click "My Documents"

Upload your resume

Click "Opt-In Resume Book"

Out of the Resume Books eligible on your account, submit your resume to desired books!

If you can not attend the fair, you may still upload your Resume to the Resume books!

We recommend booking your appointment at least a week before Career Fair to ensure you get your desired appointment time, as career closets are quite busy during Career Fair season.

Getting to the fair:

We recommend walking to the Hall of Champions or taking the Aggie Spirit. Park in your normal parking spot if you have one, as parking around the fair may be busier than usual.
Resume Reviews
If you would like to have your resume checked before attending the fair, the Career Center is a great tool to utilize! Please visit the Career Center website to navigate options, including drop-in advising and scheduled appointments. You may also utilize VMock, an online resume review platform!
The Mays Undergraduate Career team will also host an opportunity for their team, recruiters, and other industry professionals to have your resume checked before attending the fair for assistance in preparing your document! The BSC Career Fair Team will also be available to help answer questions about the Fall 2024 Career Fair.
The event will be conducted in a come-and-go style in the Whener Lobby on September 24th from 1:30 to 4 p.m.!
