EMPLOYER FALL 2020 FAIR INFORMATION

Registration: Opens April 17th, 2020

Career Fair: September 23rd - 24th

DAY OF FAIR LOGISTICS:

Overview

 

8:00am – 10:00am: Company Check-In & Set Up 

(please arrive before 10:00am as students enter the fair exactly at this time)

 

8:00am – 10:00am: Recruiter Breakfast

10:00am – 3:00pm: Career Fair

 

11:30am – 1:00pm: Recruiter Lunch

AMENITIES:

Along with complementary breakfast and lunch, the Recruiter Hospitality Room provides refreshments, a private quiet area to relax, take phone calls, and answer emails. Snacks and coffee will be available throughout the day in this room. Wifi information will be provided in a folder at your booth.

There will be a shuttle service running from 7:30am - 12:00pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm. In the mornings, it will pick you up from the Fan Field Parking Lot and drop you off at the Reed Arena South Entrance near recruiter check in. In the afternoon, it will drop you off back to the Fan Field Parking Lot. 

The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will be providing a discounted rate to recruiters attending the fair, please email us at cfair@mays.tamu.edu to receive more information.

Booth Logistics:

Companies will know their booth location the day of the fair, when they arrive at recruiter check-in.

  • Each booth is 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide. They each have a sign that states which majors your company is looking to recruit, and are furnished with a skirted table and 2 chairs. The table dimensions are 6' x 30''​.

  • There is electricity available at booths if needed. Each booth will also have gum and two water bottles.
